To ensure the safety, legality, and integrity of every curated experience, the following rules and guidelines are established. These must be adhered to by all participants and are non-negotiable.

Under ZERO Circumstances Can an Experience Involve Anyone Under the Age of 18. Period.

1. Legality

All experiences must comply with local, state, national, and international laws. Requests for activities that violate legal statutes or encourage illegal behavior will not be considered.

2. Safety and Harm Prevention

Experiences cannot involve bringing harm to any individual, group, or entity. The participant (referred to as "Experiencer") may engage in potentially risky situations (e.g., extreme sports) but must not cause harm to others. The company will not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or harm sustained by the Experiencer as a result of their own actions or decisions during the experience.

3. Feasibility

Experiences must be achievable and realistic within the scope of available resources and laws. Requests for scenarios that are impossible to produce, such as securing a spot on a professional sports team, starring in a feature film, or obtaining a government position, will be declined. The Experiencer can be made to feel famous through carefully crafted scenarios but cannot achieve actual fame through these experiences.

4. Environmental and Cultural Considerations

Experiences must not result in the destruction or significant alteration of nature, wildlife, or cultural landmarks. Activities that disrespect or exploit cultural practices, beliefs, or traditions will not be approved.

5. Defamation and Ethical Standards

Experiences must not defame or harm the reputation of any individual, group, or entity. Scenarios promoting unethical, derogatory, or discriminatory behavior are strictly prohibited.

6. Encountering Participants and Non-Participants

During the experience, the Experiencer may interact with both actors involved in the curated scenario and individuals who are not part of the experience. Efforts will be made to maintain the immersion of the experience, but external interactions may occur and are beyond the company’s control.

7. Scope and Cost of Experiences

The complexity, length, and expansiveness of an experience will directly impact planning and coordination timelines. More elaborate or extended experiences may require additional time for preparation and incur higher costs. The Experiencer will be informed of estimated timelines and costs during the consultation phase.

8. Stage Setting and Production Limits

Experiences must not require an excessive amount of stage setting, construction, or infrastructure that goes beyond reasonable logistical capabilities. Any requests involving significant production will be evaluated for feasibility and may incur additional costs or adjustments.

9. Confidentiality

The details of the curated experience will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to external parties. The company retains the right to use anonymized data for internal purposes but will never share identifiable information without explicit consent.

10. Indemnification and Liability

The Experiencer agrees to indemnify and hold the company harmless for any actions, decisions, or consequences arising from their participation in the experience. The company assumes no responsibility for injuries, damages, or legal disputes resulting from the Experiencer’s actions.

11. Amendments and Adjustments

The company reserves the right to amend these rules and guidelines as necessary to comply with evolving legal, ethical, and logistical standards.

By participating in a curated experience, the Experiencer agrees to these rules and guidelines.

Non-compliance or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the experience without a refund.
