Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for services provided by GAME The Experience. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein. This policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and compliance while protecting both parties.

1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits made to GAME The Experience are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits secure your reservation and commitment to the experience and cover administrative and preparatory costs.

2. Initial Payment for Itinerary

The initial payment made for the creation of a personalized itinerary is non-refundable. This fee compensates for the time, expertise, and resources invested in crafting a customized experience tailored to your goals.

3. Full Payment Refund Eligibility

If the entire payment is made upfront and the experiencer chooses not to partake in the experience:

- The non-refundable deposit and the cost of the itinerary will be retained by GAME The Experience.

- The remaining balance of the upfront payment will be refunded.

- Written notice of withdrawal must be submitted no less than 30 days before the scheduled start date of the experience to be eligible for this refund.

4. Dissatisfaction with the Experience

If an experiencer is dissatisfied with their experience, the following process will apply:

Internal Investigation: GAME The Experience will conduct a thorough internal investigation to evaluate whether the service provided met the promised and expected standards.Eligibility for Refund: If it is determined that the experience did not meet the agreed-upon expectations:- A refund for the experience (minus the non-refundable deposit and the cost of the itinerary) will be issued.- GAME The Experience will provide a new itinerary at no additional cost. No deposit will be required for this new itinerary.Continuation of Services: If the experiencer chooses to proceed with the new itinerary, the cost of the new experience must be paid in full, less any refunded amount from the original payment.

5. Conditions and Exclusions

- Refunds are only considered in cases where written documentation and proof of dissatisfaction or withdrawal are provided.

- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction resulting from factors outside the control of GAME The Experience, including but not limited to:

- Personal preferences or subjective opinions.

- Failure to complete or fully engage with the experience.

- Refunds will be provided (minus the non-refundable deposit and the cost of the itinerary) for withdrawal due to external circumstances such as travel disruptions, natural disasters, or illness. Written proof of such circumstances is required to process the refund.

- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after the conclusion of the experience or cancellation notice.

6. Processing Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the final decision.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. G.A.ME The Experience is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
